Warranty

We make every effort to ensure that your order is processed correctly.  This is why we offer proofs so that you can verify that your information is correct, formatted and sized the way you want, and your items are operating correctly.

If the error was made on our part, or if the product is defective in material or workmanship by the manufacturer, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer warranties on products in the following cases:

  1. Errors or omissions in the order once a proof has been sent and signed off by the purchaser.  It is your responsibility to report any items that need correcting BEFORE the item has gone to production.
  2. Sizing Errors.  When you choose a size for your stamp it is your responsibility to verify that the size is correct for your application.  When a proof is sent, your custom information, will be shown actual size, WHEN THE PROOF IS PRINTED OUT!  Please do not verify size on any hand-held or small screen device.  This will not give a correct representation of the size of your stamp.  Products will NOT be replaced due to sizing errors once the proof has been sent.  Any replacement costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. If a proof is declined, TST is not responsible for any errors or omissions.

Custom Items Since custom products are made to order, these special items are NOT returnable.  All items in this category will be identified to the purchaser at order placement.  These items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer does not like the product or it does not perform to their expectations.  TST will make every attempt to verify that the product offered meets your requirements prior to the item being created.

 

Return Policy

T.S.T. Rubber Stamp warranties all merchandise to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Any item found to be defective will be promptly replaced. All claims for replacement or shortages must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. No returns will be accepted without prior notice and authorization.

Custom and special order items can not be returned.

If you need to return an item to us, you must contact us for authorization. 
The returned item must be in its original packaging and must be in saleable condition.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all items that are accepted for return.

If the items are returned and are not in saleable condition, have been used or are damaged, no refund will be given.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return items to T.S.T.  These charges will not be refunded either from the original invoice or the return.
