Accounts & Payments

All special orders are to be prepaid in full when the order is confirmed.

Special orders cannot be cancelled and there are no refunds one the order has been placed with the distribution center or manufacturer.

Accounts and/or extended terms for payment are not automatically granted.  If your company requires a purchase order to be issued for your items we will happily reference that purchase order on your invoice but payment is due in full prior to shipping.

Accounts will only be considered after a credit application has been submitted for review.  Terms will only be offered to those companies that show purchasing activity of at least once a month for a period of 6 consecutive months.

Any accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months will be declared dormant and will be closed.  Any orders from that point forward will require prepayment in full.

Artwork

Artwork must be supplied to T.S.T. in an acceptable format as follows: 100% black.  No greys, no colours, no shadows.  Any artwork submitted that is unacceptable will be subject to artwork charges to convert it to a usable file. Our format of choice is CorelDraw X18 or lower (.cdr), all fonts converted to curves, line weights no lighter than 1.25pt.  Secondary choices would be vector formats such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) all fonts and specialty items converted to outlines; .eps or .pdf.  Any bitmap files must be at least 300 dpi.  Remember that the clearer your artwork is in the beginning, the clearer your stamp imprint will be.  If the artwork is substandard or jagged your imprint will look the same.  We can not correct a low resolution file. All artwork submitted to T.S.T. for use in any project must be free of copyright. Any artwork submitted by customers that is their property will never be used for any other customer or in any advertisement or promotion without the explicit permission of that customer.  All artwork created by T.S.T. Enterprises, T.S.T. Rubber Stamp, T.S.T Graphic Solutions or any of our employees remains their sole property and may not be used, duplicated or reproduced in any way without their express written consent.  Legal action will be taken against violators.
