At T.S.T. Rubber Stamp we pride ourselves on being able to handle most types of artwork files.
However, we do have some requirements from you that will make processing your order that much easier, and more cost effective.

Basic typesetting is included at no extra charge!
    By that we mean, setting up your stamp with various sizes of text, underlines, outlines, etc.

Yes!  We can use a logo .... BUT ......

    1.    It must be supplied to us as a clean BLACK AND WHITE file.

    2.    NO GREYS.  NO COLOURS.  NO SHADOWS.  NO PHOTOGRAPHS.

                       


    3.    Bitmaps / jpegs / tifs must be at least 300 dpi.
           If your artwork is jagged your stamp will be jagged.
           We can not clean up artwork that is low resolution.

    4.    NO, WE CAN NOT DOWNLOAD YOUR LOGO FROM YOUR WEBSITE!
            Web images are very low resolution so that they download quickly.
            They are not suitable images for making rubber stamps.

    5.    We can accept the following formats (subject to the above conditions):
   
                Corel Draw X5 and lower        - converted to curves
                Adobe Illustrator CS2               - converted to curves
                EPS
                PDF
                JPEG
                TIF
                BMP

    6.    Logo Charge            $5.00

    7.    Artwork cleanup - creation - resizing                $15.00 minimum
                                                                                         $75.00 per hour

            Artwork charges are at our discretion.
            You will be notified of any charges prior to us proceeding with your order.
